Joliet Public Library to Host Comic Book Workshop

The Main Branch of the Joliet Public Library will be hosting a comic book workshop for children in grades four and up. This event will be featuring illustrator Dan Laib where he will help teach guests how to story tell in a compelling visual manner.

Dan Laib is “thrilled with the fact that he makes a living from two of his favorite pastimes as a child: letting his imagination run wild and drawing. Enjoying the randomness, mystery, beauty, and humor of storytelling, Dan attempts to incorporate these qualities in his illustrations.
