The Athletic Department at Joliet Catholic Academy has recently partnered with Adidas as well as Lansing Sports. The two companies will provide athletic apparel for the high school.

The partnership was announced by Director of Admissions and Communications at Joliet Catholic Academy, Ryan Quigley.

According to the Joliet Patch website, Quigley states, "We are eager to enter into a partnership with Adidas and Lansing Sports because of their product innovation, global brand significance, and most importantly the depth of customer service that both provide their customers.” He continues, “We are excited about the marketing and branding opportunities both in our community and on a national stage for our athletic programs."

Adidas, according to The Statistics Portal website, is one of the leading sportswear manufacturers in the world. With the new JCA and Adidas/Lansing Sports partnership, they will supply the athletic department with discounts on all apparel for the JCA student-athletes. The athletic apparel will be sold in the JCA Spirit Shop and will be available to be purchased by students as well as their families.

Jim Murphy, director of NCAA Sports Marketing at Adidas North America, says, “We believe that sports have the power to change lives and we look forward to this new partnership with Joliet Catholic Academy. Our mission is to help athletes perform better, and as the creator sports brand we'll bring our newest and most innovative high-performance products to Joliet Catholic Academy along with our innovation, creativity and collaborative efforts in order to help empower these athletes."

Joliet Catholic Academy is a “coeducational college preparatory high school co-sponsored by the Carmelites and the Joliet Franciscan Sisters” according to their website.

JCA alumni Chandler Kowaliczko says, “This is great news to hear! Hopefully this means more funding for all sports at the school so that even more students can get involved.”
